Red Velvet Brownies

Texas Sheet Cake

Texas Sheet Cake 

½ lb. butter
4 Tbl. cocoa
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ cup sour cream
Frosting:
¼ lb. butter
6 Tbl. milk
1 cup nuts
4 Tbl. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cake: Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil. Add sugar, flour and salt. Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Bake in greased and floured baking sheet (large with deep sides) at 350 for 25 minutes.
Frosting:  Bring butter, milk, and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla. Frost cake when removed from oven... don't wait for it to cool.
